i will suggest you to sharp up your communication skills and develop your personality. along with that you need to be confident and up to date about the general payroll.
you should know how to handle the people at workplace and how to full fill their queries.
if you can develop all the qualities mentioned above then you can be a successful HR and you can receive some good opportunities in this field.

Thanks Vikin but can u suggest some courses for that as I have done MCA but due to my interest and experience I am working in HR. Now I want to go for an HR course.
