Understanding Minimum Wages Compliance in Haryana: Legal Insights and Updates

I would like to know if your industry has already revised the minimum wages in Haryana for unskilled workers effective from 01-07-2007, or if there are still chances of a stay being placed on it by the Haryana High Court.

Hi Jony,

Could you please recast your question? Your question should be addressed to the HR community in Haryana because the revision of Minimum Wages in other states would be irrelevant to Haryana. From a legal standpoint, I can suggest that making payments above the Minimum Wages is not prohibited by any court of law. You may pay them Minimum Wages subject to revision by the Hon'ble High Court of Haryana, but it should not be less than the rate at the time when this petition was filed.
