Nice presentation, Amirtha. Yes, once we find the way, we often don't think, or our quest ends for any alternative way out. However, in the given case, it is a bit too hypothetical, as I had also thought of the other route.

Hello dear Amirtha, a simple and sweet story, it's simple but says a lot. Nice one. Yes, especially for fresher organizations, they are not giving a chance to perform in their own way. They are not putting trust, so maybe because of this, creativity will become a roadblock for them. In that case, what should they do? Kindly guide me.
