Dear Dipil, when we started our SVL-I, we didn't have much participation in our thread. At that time, only a few participated, and I want to remember and thank them now: Mr. Firoz, Mr. Inder, M/s Hansa, Mr. Srinivasa Rao, Mr. KVS, Mr. Terry Penney, and Mr. Dipil, etc. On SVL-II, it's amazing; there are a lot of new participants. We can't specify how many new members there are; we received a lot of appreciation and encouragement from our Moderator on SVL-II. A big thanks to all who shared their knowledge on our citehr EHS platform.

A big thanks to the Moderators for their support on the EHS forum.

I will start my first contribution on SVL-III with a video clip of "SAVE WATER," which was announced/issued by the public service. I hope we will get a lot of participation on this thread and once again, hope for the usual support from our members.

Keep on sharing and gaining.

Importance of Proper Planning in Rescue and Recovery

Let's have a look at another contribution from my side. After an incident takes place, rescue and recovery actions are of prime importance. While performing these activities, people tend to make more mistakes than during normal work. Therefore, proper planning, HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment), or JSA (Job Safety Analysis) is crucial. Failing to do so could result in the consequences shown in the attached video.

Acknowledgment and Encouragement

Dear Raghu and KVS, thank you for starting to contribute to our new threads. I am very confident that with your help, we will surely make this thread a grand success.

Thanks and keep on sharing.

Every aspect of our lives requires planning to various degrees. This short video clip shows a would-be crook who has overlooked a few key details in his work. It serves as a good example of a near miss due to a lack of planning.

Great Recovery and Sharing

Dear Raghu: Really great recovery of the bus. "What not to do after dinner" is also a good sharing. Only the last one, don't see this video, I do not. The rest seems okay.

Keep on sharing and keep up the pace.

A very nice video. What I understood is:

- The teamwork wins.
- Proper and timely communication.
- Do not underestimate others.
- Have a good pace in such a way that even if your target misses, you should be capable enough to escape rather than getting trapped.
raghuvaran chakkaravarthy
Dear Dipil, Thanks for sharing. I can't download due to a network issue, but I will drop comments once I get it. I am very eager to see this video because Mr. KVS gave a wonderful comment on it. I will see it then. Keep up the good work.

Thank you for both of the videos. Both are showing the benefits of teamwork. Good, keep on sharing. Now, please have a look at the attached video on Road Safety Awareness in Malayalam. The message conveyed is the importance of using a helmet while driving a two-wheeler. Even for those who do not understand Malayalam, this video can be effectively used for training programs without sound.

Dear Dipil, it's a wonderful video you shared about the importance of helmets; it conveys a message in a simple way. This is what always happens to youngsters, even to me when I had a spiky hairstyle and didn't use a helmet because I was worried it might spoil my style (not now, but a very long time ago). Sreesanth and Mamuti finally portrayed a profound message.

Team

How many of them know the meaning of "TEAM"? Let's take a look at the video that shows the meaning and value of "TEAM" with excellent background music. It's on my desktop; probably I played it on Windows Media Player twice a day.

Thank you.
