Hi, is the attrition rate high in your company, or have any wrong decisions been made by senior management? What are the causes for which you want to ensure your employees are satisfied, or are you developing company policies for the betterment of employees? Please clarify these points so that someone can provide guidance on your query.

Meetu.

It seems that the job/working environment in your organization is not good; hence, you are trying to create an environment where employees would work very comfortably. Please try to find out first where you went wrong and why you want to create a new environment.

It's better to start an open house meeting/forum where your employees can share their ideas, requirements, and problems. Based on that, you can take action to make them comfortable.

You can arrange to conduct a loyalty survey, which is an important project that needs to be done periodically in your company. The key issue is that after employees fill out the loyalty form, their expectations increase. Before distributing the forms, you need to share the questions with your boss, and he should commit to taking the necessary actions. You should first conduct some research on loyalty surveys and gain some knowledge about them. If you agree with this, I can provide you with further guidance.

Be successful,

Understanding the Impact of Perception on Job Satisfaction

The flaws and shortcomings that we see in others are nothing but the projection of our own minds—so said a holy person. We can cite the findings of Yudhishthira, who said everyone else is better than him, and Duryodhana, who claimed that all others he met are bad people. Rangaji shared his experience along these lines. Most people quit their jobs not because of their wrong attitude and/or poor job satisfaction but due to the attitude of a boss with poor management practices.
