Facing Termination Due to Old Employer's Blacklist: What Can I Do Now?

Hi All, I have been working in a big MNC for the past 1 year and 5 months. Suddenly, one day, my manager called me and asked me not to go to the office since the background verification (BG) is red. When I called HR, they said the company I worked for almost 7 years ago is blacklisted now. I asked, if the company is blacklisted now, what can I do about it? They said they will terminate me. After that company (7 years ago), I have worked for 2 big MNCs. Even though I have submitted my resignation, I still don't know the status of it since they blocked my access, but no termination letter has been issued yet. I hope someone can help me.

I do not want any money. I have the company ID, but they have not provided me with the termination letter yet. It has been 10 days without any response from them.

They can't do that, but see the offer letter given to you; there might be a clause stating that they can terminate you without prior notice, and you might have signed it. If so, ask the HR manager about the next course of action. Please don't sign any document given by the company.
