Project On Attrition & Job Satisfaction

Hello,
I am a student pursuing PGDHRM. I have to do a project on the above topic. Is there some one who has done any project on the above topic? If yes, they please share the same with me so that I can get some idea to about doing this project. Since this is the first project I am doing we are allowed to take help. I am also fine if any company HR can help me doing this.

Please do not request finished projects or questionnaires on this forum, without giving enough information.
Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

i done survey,,means i gave the employees questionnaire and i am collecting back,,,,,i jst want to see how this project luk ,,,,and what all other things i have to add,,,,so will u help me by sending a project on job satisfaction

I have not got a project on that. But if you want to see how a project report is written up, you can see my post at CiteHr on MBO, posted yesterday.
If you need help in analysing your data, please send me the questionnaire and the tabulated data in Excel or SPSS format.

Hi Am pursuing my MPM 2nd yr III Sem, i am undergoing a project with the title Employee Job satisfaction..
I am in progress with my project , but i do believe that i need a lilttle help with review literature part of it and the limitations involved with Job Satisfaction.
