Exploring HR Career Paths: What Roles and Salaries Can a Fresher Expect After a PGD in IRPM?

I am currently pursuing a PGD in IRPM and would like to know the various areas of HR where I can work as a fresher and approximately how much my salary should be. Additionally, I want to know about other courses that I can pursue after my PGD and the institutes that offer such courses. I feel that the current diploma I am doing may not enable me to achieve significant success due to the level of competition. Please help me out with your valuable advice.

Sir, as a fresher, I would also like to know in which field in HR I can get a job. I have heard that as a fresher, every HR person has to do recruitment, including checking out jobs from job portals, calling people, etc. But I am not interested in that field.

Also, sir, now that you are an HR Manager, please tell me the course that you pursued after this course.

Amit sir, thank you for your suggestion. I really didn't know about the MBA part. All I knew was that after 3 years of work experience, I can apply for an Executive MBA. One year of MBA can be done even after this course, which is new to me.

Also, sir, I would try for the HR Generalist post. One more thing - do consultancy firms as well as companies have this post? I am asking this because mostly these days HR work is outsourced, and I have planned to apply to both places.
