Simplifying Form 16 Preparation: How to Handle 100 Employees at Once for 2012-2013

Hi, this file is in Excel format, which can prepare Form 16 for 10, 50, and 100 employees at a time for the Assessment Year 2012-2013.

This form has a problem in that it cannot be updated with the responsible person's name, position, city, and its address. Please look into the matter. This is regarding the master form 16 for FY 11-12.

Dear Mr. Pranab, I have seen the attachment, and no doubt it is great. I appreciate your efforts. Here, I can suggest transferring the data from Excel to Word using mail merge. I will send you the XLS file and DOC file to your email address.
