ESI Half Yearly Return

What is the processor of esi half yearly return? Online or manual and which form (form 5 or form 6)submitted for esi half yearly return/

Dear Razi,
Both Form-5&6 requires to send to ESI authority with CA certification on form-5.
Form-5 is the summary of paid challans for six months, and Form-6 is the details of employee contribution during the six months ex. (total working days, total wage & total contribution paid against the employee).
Furthermore is given in both the forms and easily available to download from CiteHR.

Dear all,
From the net it is seen that ESI return for the period ending 30.09.2011 is not required to be submitted due electronic complience as per the instruction of the department(posted in net by Bharadwaj connsultants).But in the esi site nothing is seen in this regard. Anybody is having details about it
