Leaveencashment & Waived Off

Dear Sir,

If an employee has resigned and the management has waived off his notice period, he is authorized for leave encashment.

Dear Paliwalhc,

Encashing leave and waiving off notice period are two different things. In case the employer and employee have mutually agreed on waiving off the notice period and not encashing leave on account of waiving off notice, then it's a different case.
