Comes under Factories Act ? CL 10 days and EL 30 days ( after one year of service ) Refer Factories Act
If it is shops Act then CL 12, SL 12, EL 12 days

hi, can any one explaine me how to update form no 14, as per factories act we need to update all(PL CL SL ) leaves or PL leaves only we need update

Dear All,
As per factory act 1948 only PL is applicable. Sick Leave & Casual Leave is not mention in Factory Act. SL & CL is vary as organization to organization.
