What Are The Things We Can Add In The HR Portal

Dear All,
In Our company website we are trying to include HR portal. So can some one help me how to implement that and what are the things we should included in that. We are thing to include Leave management, Payslips, Performance check list, doc's off all employees,and all so can some one Recommend me what more we can add on the portal.

Welcome note for new employees with their professional photo mentioning designation, dept and team detail.
Telephone directory of employees : Extension, official E mail ID
General Organization Structure
Induction PPT and HR Policy Procedure Manual.
Annual Day /Open day / Other festivities day photographs
Writer's Column (Share knowledge ppts, soft skill ppts, motivation ppts ) content should be regulated / monitored by HR department, after screening the ppts, HR must approve to upload on intranet.
Rewards and Recognition : Show top performers photos with achievement (personal and Professional)
New announcements : Policy change, Upper / top management change, Key personnel change notifications
Wishes & Greetings : Birthdays, Anniversaries, Marriage, Festivals etc
Grievances Column : Any complaints shall reach HR department personnel for appropriate resolve.

Are you inquiring about A website or Intranet ?
What I understand from your query is, you are asking for Intranet contents. This intranet are visible on LANs of a company, not visible to outsiders.
If your company has IT department, and they have Web designers then you can get some ideas. Use your imagination and creativity to design a Intranet portal.
Consult a Web Artist / Designer.
