Dear All,
It is possible to calculate PF on reduce amount of basic and DA under Contract Labour Act.
Example :-
If employee (Off roll ) have basic + DA rS-13500 PM.Now It possible we can calculate as per minimum wage like basic +DA (Rs-8758 PM)
Kindly arrange to provide any Guzette or Notifications for same.
