Harrassment By HR

et999
Hi I was working for 6 months as a management trainee in sales in a top indian firm. Recently I got offer in another company in different sector. In my offer letter no bond was mentioned and no notice period was there. Still I have intimidated them one month prior to my leave. But the hr manager is harassing me and threatening to take legal action on integrity issue and also to use his source to screw my career. My old company offer letter said that i could be terminated any day they want on probation and hence had no job safety. Can such a case be accepted in legal court. How can I stop the threat?

Dear Et999
Please ask your company HR to go and jump into a volcano, and spare the world from suffering him.
Please without any fear or worry proceed ahead and join your new company, no body will do nothing.
If your HR threatens you with legal action, then kindly inform him that he may do the same, and that you are ready to face him in court.
If he harasses you further then please, tell him that you will file a case in nearest local police station from, criminal intimidation, and for extortion.
Please maintain a written communication only, kindly do not enter into any kind of verbal arguments, avoid verbal arguments, and dont be afraid, having fear is normal, overcome the fear, this kind of people are dime a dozen in corporate world.

Great Octavious. Your words might have given lot of courage to et999.
I agree with you and these type of useless people are damaging the respect for HR.

Hi please dont be disheartened we know we live in india so legal system is a big joke take some illegal way and see that you get justice. No one calls robin hood bad man ,, robin hood stole from rich people but gave to poor people..
So do illegal but in justified way ;) ...
editeddmy old messageee...

Dear All
I am sorry, I believe that I conveyed the wrong message. I personally do not encourage act of violence. When I made a comment of asking the HR manager to jump in to volcano, it was meant for pure sarcasm and I never meant to encourage violence.
Rest of my stand remains as earlier, so kindly use the legal and legitimate way of action suggested.
Regards
Octavious
