Title For A Reward System For Our Employees

Pls do suggest a suitable Name/Title for a "Reward System", part of Employees Engagement, which we have planned for our employees shortly.
Also help by providing links where we could get these names/titles.

Some more info. from my end on my query:
It is a system like rewarding points to the executives for the recogntion they recieve from various recognitions/reward program we have.
To your understanding, like what you have mentioned above "employee of the month", "Best performer" executives will be given some reward points which they can accumulate & points can be redemmed against the gifts option's available.
Now my query is need a suitable name for this Reward point/accumulation system, instead having it like "Reward System", we need some catchy names/jorgans/titles.
Hope now all are clear with my requirement.
