Seeking Creative Names for Our New Employee Reward System – Any Suggestions?

Please suggest a suitable name/title for a "Reward System," which is part of Employee Engagement, planned for our employees shortly. Also, kindly provide links where we could find these names/titles.

It can be "Star of the Week" or "Month," "Employee of the Month," "Best Performer," etc.

It is a system like "rewarding points" to the executives for the recognition they receive from various recognition/reward programs we have. To your understanding, like what you have mentioned above "employee of the month," "Best performer," executives will be given some reward points which they can accumulate, and points can be redeemed against the gift options available.

Query on Naming the Reward System

Now my query is I need a suitable name for this Reward point/accumulation system. Instead of having it like "Reward System," we need some catchy names/jargons/titles.
