company is adopting illegal practice by employing on offroll.so there can not
be laid down procedure to convert off roll to on roll.It depends upon LALA Jee
of your company because small company only does these practices.

Managing employee on off roll is an illegal process, to get them onroll first of all off roll workers should have to be paid the prescribed minimum wages of the state as accordance with their category, secondly covered those employees under the epf/esic scheme to whom it may applicable and kept. the date of joining not the previous one but the latest one.
