Dear Ms. Bina, if you have a basic or complete idea about how a performance appraisal system works and its associated factors, then you can prepare your own presentation to help others understand the whole process. It will be an easy task for you to convey the right message rather than relying on others' presentations.
Believe me or not, there is currently no presentation on performance management. I suggest you call for an update to understand the process involved and associated with PMS. These points should be included in your own presentation.
