Seeking Help: How Do You Communicate Annual Appraisal Details to Staff?

I was wondering if anyone has a PowerPoint presentation or FAQs on Performance Management, specifically for the annual appraisal, that can be used as communication to staff. This would be like a reminder on the whys and hows. I would appreciate any guidance on this!

Dear Ms. Bina, if you have a basic or complete idea about how a performance appraisal system works and its associated factors, then you can prepare your own presentation to help others understand the whole process. It will be an easy task for you to convey the right message rather than relying on others' presentations.

Believe me or not, there is currently no presentation on performance management. I suggest you call for an update to understand the process involved and associated with PMS. These points should be included in your own presentation.

You need to help yourself first. If you fail, you are welcome to seek help from others.

Conducting an Annual Appraisal

In conducting an annual appraisal, you must first discuss with the employees the purpose of why an appraisal is conducted.

In our company, the process is as follows:
- Employees appraise themselves first.
- Managers appraise employees and discuss areas for improvement as well as the employees' strengths.
- The appraisal is then submitted to HR.
