Amendment of Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund, 1972 regarding the contribution amount from the Employee and Employer. How much is an employee's deduction from Dec'2011 Salary and what is the amount to be contributed by the Employer for each employee's contribution.

One of our Unit i.e. separate establishment there is no any employee working, at present but live the establishment.
Contected to Labour Welfare Office, adviced that employer contribution of labour welfare continue till documents submission of closer.
Kindly advice regarding labour welfare contribution in case of no any employee working but establishment lives.
