Resigning Due to Family Issues: How Should I Explain My Reason to My Employer?

Please help me. I want to resign from my company due to a family problem. What should I write as the main reason?

You can directly write: "Due to some personal reasons or due to my family issues, I cannot continue my service." Alternatively, you can provide a brief actual reason if you wish to share it with your company. You can also apply for a long leave (1 month) for mental refreshment.

There is no need to give reasons for resignations as you are complying with the company policies on the notice period.

Due to some personal reasons, I may not be able to continue my services with your esteemed organization. I will adhere to the notice period as per company policy.

Domestic Reasons for Resignation

When resigning due to family issues, you can state "domestic reasons" as your main reason for leaving. This term is broad and respectful of your privacy while indicating that personal matters require your attention.

I am writing to inform you that, due to personal or family issues, I am unable to continue working at your esteemed organization.

Need assistance in writing a resignation letter. I have made the decision to stay home after the birth of my son. I was advised that if I provide the reason as family issues, I would be eligible for unemployment. Any help?
