Apart from the joining kit, are there any formalities like filling the ESIC and PF forms? I mean, what documents are to be given or filled apart from these in a joining kit.

Yes, you are very correct. At the time of joining, all other formalities such as filling out forms should be completed, including:

- ESIC declaration form
- PF Nomination and Declaration Form
- If applicable, TDS Form
- Rules and Regulations Book, if any
