You can make a project on Performance Appraisal system in any company and along with a survey which will form a part of primary research..(which is also optional) or else you can do on competency mapping in any company...
search for subtopics and then you can make...

U can even go for compensation management, organisational development ,pay roll, quality development ,...............................it can add your professional career a lot ...........so be choosy while doing .......................
