Confused About the Bonus Act Amendment: Is the Minimum Bonus Now 11%?

I am a little bit confused regarding the Payment of Bonus Act 1965. According to that, the minimum bonus payable is 8.33%. However, there has been a recent amendment stating that the minimum bonus payable is now 11%. Please guide me, it's urgent.

Current Status of the Bonus Act

The Bonus Act has not yet been amended. Various discussions on this topic have taken place, but it remains unchanged. The Bill has not yet been passed in Parliament.

It's only an amendment, not a Government Order (GO), so it will not be applicable until it is published by the government, i.e., GO.
