Bonus Act Amendment Pdf Download

Dear All,
I am little bit confused regarding Payment Of Bonus Act 1965 according to that minimum Bonus payable is 8.33%. But one recent amendment is there according to that minimum bonus payable is 11%. Please guide me its urgent.

Bonus Act is not yet amended. See various discussions on this topic.
It is still the same. The Bill is not yet passed in Parliament.

its only a Ammedment, not a GO ( Government order). so it will be not applicable till it will not published by Government. i.e- GO
