Principal Employer & Contractor Relationship in Real Estate
We are a real estate company. In one of our commercial properties, the management of the parking area has been allotted to a vendor/party on a revenue-sharing basis. For example, we have made an agreement with the party that they will manage the parking zone. They will appoint a specific number of people and will pay us a fixed amount on a monthly basis.
My question is whether such a relationship between us and the said party falls under the Principal Employer & Contractor relationship and thus comes under the compliance of the Contract Act?
Regards,
DG
