Dear sir, please tell me how to fill up the above forms. In Form 10D, Page 1, does "Member name" mean the nominee's name? In Form 20, Page 2, points 2 and 3 are confusing. Please advise.
"Member name" means the employee's name and not the nominee. "Claimant name" refers to the individual who is going to claim, which could be the nominee or the member.
You can visit the PF office site EPFO and follow the instructions to get full information regarding your withdrawal.
