Struggling to Find HR Generalist Roles in Pune – Is Anyone Else Facing This Challenge?

I have been looking for an HR Generalist opening in Pune for about a month. Surprisingly, there just seems to be very few openings for a generalistic role, whereas for recruiters, there are plenty.
