Yes. You need to go through your HR for Form 19, 10 C to withdraw your PF
Speak to the HR, and try to sort out this issue by showing the acceptance letter of your Manager. Talk to your Manager and ask him waive of the notice period. Worst comes, you could approach legally but it will take time

Hi,
I am working with a US based organization whose corporate office is in chennai. Finance, Payroll is run by our corporate office. We get our salary slips from there only. Here our delhi office is a branch office. I have a query whether we need to separately register for PF , ESI and if yes then where in delhi we can register it and what is the process?
I would be really grateful if i can receive an expert opinion on the same.
Best Regards,
Deepali

Your corporate office will maintain your PF, ESI records and you dont need to do it.
If you want to get a Sub code for ESI, then you can apply it. What is the strength of the employees at Delhi comes inder ESI.?
For PF, there is no need as your chennai office will take care

Thank you so much for replying to my query.
We have a strength of 40 employees. However, we are planning to expand and move to a big facility. So we want to run our payroll and finance on our own. That is the reason i asked how we could separately manage our statutory compliances?

If you like to go for on your own, are going to change the name of the company under ROC ? As PF, ESi will give only one account number to one company. If you are changing the name, then you can apply for all statutory compliences on your own.
