I just saw your request.
I want youngsters to start where elders have stopped and improve the quality of the profession whether it is safety or otherwise.
Problem is; many are afraid to ask or feel shy to ask for help. There are sources from where you can get help to start with and then you build upon that. It is good that you asked.
