Resolving Downloading Problems: Technical Support Thread Analysis

I think there is a problem with your downloading because for the last four days, I have been unable to download any material from your site. I am unable to view any documents either; they download as .htm pages or open to "view as Google doc."

Kindly solve my problem.

Can you point me to the download links which didn't work - there was a problem with caching but that issue has been resolved.

Which browser version are you using? And are you receiving an error when you try to download?
