New HR Executive Needs Help Creating a Comprehensive Salary Structure in Excel

Hi Everyone, I have joined as an HR Executive in a Logistic Company. They have asked me to frame a salary structure of the employees in Excel which should include:

- Basic
- HRA
- Conveyance
- Total Gross
- Overtime
- Total False
- PF-Employer (13.61%) and Employee share (12%)
- ESI-Employer (4.75%) and Employee share (1.75%)
- PT
- Bonus
- Gratuity
- Net Pay

Kindly help me out with these calculations.

Can someone help me in arranging the salary structure? I have uploaded the one with formulas, but I need to adjust the monthly and total CTC, which is written outside the border.
