We are an IT Services Company and we need to register under the Contract Labour Act in both Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Please help us by providing information on how to accomplish this.
Both processes are the same but require registration in different locations. How many contractors do you have in each location? What is the nature of the work? How many workers are under each contract?
As per registration under the Contract Labour Act in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, for less than 20 contract workers, what kind of documents should be maintained?
