You need to research by interacting with HRs regarding the recruitment needs of corporate companies. Then, introduce yourself and your college based on their requirements by highlighting your potential and abilities. Request them to give you a chance. Follow up and make it happen.

Thank you for the clarification. However, should we simply approach all the companies and ask to meet with their HR? What documents do we need to carry when meeting them? I am posing these questions to you since I see you are an HR professional.
