The Ministry of Labour and Employment is inviting comments or suggestions on the proposed amendments to the Factory Act of 1948. In this regard, a three-member expert committee was constituted to examine the proposal in consultation with the stakeholders. The ministry has received the proposal in accordance with the recommendations made by the expert committee.
The Ministry of Labour and Employment requests that comments on the proposed amendments be sent to the address below within 45 days:
