Is It Mandatory for Startups to Follow Minimum Wages Without ESIC and PF Registration?

Hi, I am working as an HR in a startup company that was incorporated in May '11 and has not yet registered under ESIC and PF. Is it mandatory to follow minimum wages?

ESIC, PF, and Minimum Wage are different enactments. They must be followed individually and completely. It is better to comply with all of them. Otherwise, if you are following one after another, the risk to the company will be reduced to that extent.

What is the Minimum Wages DA for the Year 2012-2013 for the industrial workers in Tamil Nadu? Do you have the Government order for the DA for the accounting year 2012-2013? Please send a copy of the same if anybody has it.
