Understanding CSC Notice Period Issues and Absconding Consequences

Hi,

I was employed with CSC for 8 months. Due to certain personal issues, I had to resign immediately and go to my hometown. The HR did not accept my resignation and terminated my employment, marking it as "Absconding." I want to know if this will have any impact on future employment. Will there be any negative consequences for me? When I look for a job in the future, can that company come to know of this?

It doesn't much matter whether others know it or not; you know it. It's better to be honest. If you will be honest, there are organizations that give a chance to good and honest people. Nowadays, most organizations do a background check, and if a negative result comes up, then the employee may see the exit doors. Honesty is the best policy.

Hi,

I went for induction only, and due to personal reasons, I could not continue in CSC. They sent warning letters, and I eventually absconded. Later, a lawyer from CSC sent a notice to pay the recovery amount. What will happen if I do not pay?
