Struggling to Find Theoretical Material for HR Manual Project – Any Guidance?

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a student of MPM (Master in Personnel Management) at Pane University. I am working on a project on HR Manual. I have completed the HR Manual practically for the company where I was working as a Project Trainee. However, I am unable to find theoretical material for my project as it is not available in books, and each company has a different HR Manual. Could you please guide me on this topic? Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
