Thank you, but I could find nothing related to my query. Isn't there any information related to my query? There is a subject called "Human Resource Management Planning & Human Resource Management Audit" for the course of MMS under the University of Mumbai. The syllabus for this subject contains a topic on "Mathematical Models for Staff Structural Evaluation," but then it is very difficult to find any information on this topic.

Please, please, please give some suggestions or attachments or the name of books where I could find this topic or some websites which could help with this.
