Hi everyone, I would like to know the salary pay slip structure and its different formats (if any). It's a high-priority task for me, and I appreciate anyone who can share or upload them here. Thanks in advance.
Basic: 50% of Gross
HRA: 50% of Basic
Conveyance Allowance: Rs. 800
Entertainment Allowance: Rs. 200
City Compensatory Allowance: 20% of Gross
Bonus: One month Basic
Leave Travel Allowance: One month Basic
Provident Fund: 12%
Medical Allowance: Rs. 15,000 per annum
Other special allowances are the difference between Gross and the above components.
