Sweet distribution for your employees? If so and in case you are introducing this practice in your organization for the first time, then highlight all the points favourable to your action such as employee - employer relationship, how it is done in other industries to establish or perpetuate this relationship. In case your Management is cost conscious, then never fail to mention the cost involved and we should make a small step.
