Request Letter For Confirmation Of Job.

Respected all,
I'm working in a pvt organization since May'11. I will complete my Probationary period (06 Months) in October'11.
Can anyone help me with a format requesting letter to our HR for my confirmation and Increment.
NOTE: Increment should be 40 % of my present Gross. Since I'm working hard and actively participating in all activities & Tasks.

Hi Ram,
As per my knowledge no company hikes salary for just six months. Even though if it does it would be around 5-10 % and not more than that. Anyway i can give you guarantee that , you will get a letter from HR that your probation completed but there would be no increment. so just wait and see and come back after you receiving your letter and update here if i am wrong.
