Is it really worth studying SAP-HR as I am from the middle class? Will it really help me to increase my CTC?

Hiring for SAP HR: Talent Over Financial Background

Companies, while hiring for SAP HR, focus on your talent, experience, and qualities rather than your financial background. Therefore, don't demotivate yourself with such criticisms.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

Companies, when hiring for SAP H.R., have nothing to do with your financial background. They hire you based on your talent, experience, and qualities. Therefore, don't demotivate yourself with such concerns.

Hi Sandy, what he is trying to ask is his value for money in investing in an expensive SAP training. Will his CTC increase, or will it help in career progress while investing in SAP?
Gorpade
Hi Chander, it is a nice thought about doing SAP, but only doing the course will not help you in earning more money. Most companies consider SAP-certified individuals or those with at least 1 year of experience for a job. So, if you are doing an SAP course, you'll have to get certified as well. Nowadays, certification alone will cost around 40,000 INR.

Training and Employment Opportunities

I would say there are a few companies that provide training and hire you as an SAP consultant based on how well you score in your training, so check that out. However, it will cost at least a minimum of 60,000 INR. It's not an easy field; you'll have to struggle for a minimum of 2 years to earn good money. The earnings for the first 2 years will be very low, for example, up to a maximum of 20-25k a month.

All SAP companies will hire only on a bond basis, up to a maximum of 2 years. All the best.

Hi all, I would like to inquire about the job opportunities available for SAP HR. Could you please provide information on the packages offered by companies for both SAP HR freshers and experienced individuals?

Regards,
Santosh

If you're checking for a fresher, non-certified position, the salary is very low, maxing out at ₹10,000 per month. For certified positions, the salary can go up to ₹20,000-₹25,000, depending on the work location. Job opportunities have been good for certified individuals in the last three months, but they are limited for those without experience.

Can anyone help me with good consultants who assist SAP aspirants in finding suitable vacancies?

First of all, knowledge always pays you back, though not necessarily at once. Somewhere in life, you will find the worth of that knowledge. So, taking a course or certification in any useful subject will eventually pay you back. However, one thing we all should know is that some knowledge demands a heavy investment, like SAP certification. As many of my expert friends have already advised, it is not necessary that we will get a job with a good package immediately. What we all need is patience, which is a virtue.

Second, gaining knowledge at the right time and for the right place is more important. I suggest my friends, before investing in SAP HR Certification, kindly review whether you belong to the HR field first. Second, does your market typically demand SAP in HR, and how many vacancies are available in the market? Maybe your market demands more in Oracle PeopleSoft–HR or may need Microsoft Dynamics in HR certified candidates. A well-done survey of your market is more important if you have the right approach.

This is Chandan. Currently, I am working in an HR Generalist profile with 2 years of experience. Kindly suggest if SAP would help me in increasing my CTC, and which module would be suitable for this profile. Kindly respond.

Hi, I am Ayisha, working as an HR Executive. My suggestion for you is that if you take that course, companies will offer you a good package, but only if you join as an SAP consultant. If not, you cannot expect a good salary. More interest should be there, and you should be an expert in that field. Doing a basic SAP course will also help you catch the attention of employers.

One more query is there; if possible, kindly resolve the same. After completing SAP, would my experience be considered countable, or would it be treated as that of a fresher? Please suggest the right place or institution for the course.

Based on my knowledge, if you work for a company that utilizes SAP for HR processes, your experience will be valued. Otherwise, you may be considered a fresher in that field. When it comes to choosing an institution, the decision is yours. I recommend speaking with students from the specific institution and then deciding whether to join there.
