I am again here with a query.
I would like to know what is the procedure to terminate someone on disciplinary grounds where the person has conducted some misbehavior which is highly unacceptable and forgiving that can result in display of same behavior by other employees. (During one of our projects, one female employee let her boyfriend come at the site of project & let him stay at the company hotel in her room (without permission from senior authorities, as nobody supposed to call their spouses/boyfriend/girlfriend without permission/invitation from HR/or reporting authority)).
Or, if there is any other punishment that we can give to that employee if not termination. Kindly help.
