Could anyone tell me what the job profile of Industrial Relations is? I have received an interview call for the position of Executive IR (Industrial Relations), but I am unsure of how it differs from Executive HR & Admin. I would appreciate it if any experienced professionals could provide guidance on how to prepare for an IR role.
