How to Create an Employee Bond Agreement for a Company-Sponsored Graduation Program?

Hi,

Can anyone help me with a sample agreement for the purpose of bonding employees who are undergoing a corporate graduation program? To be precise, a few employees in my company are undergoing a company-sponsored graduation program, and hence we want to arrive at an agreement with them stating that they will have to stay with the company until they complete their course.
