Not Getting Final Settlement From Previous Company

Dear Seniors
I left Wipro on 06/07/2011. I got my experience/reliving letter and I was promised that my final settlement will be made very soon, but till date the settlement is pending.
Please could advice me in getting my final settlement?

just talk and remind them about your settlement and be in touch with them till you get the amount. I think this is the best way. Till you get the amount handle with smooth behaviour.

Ruth has suggested you rightly.
In addition to what she mentioned, I think Wipro has a formal Employee Redressal mechanism in place--apart from the HR. You can also consider approaching that Forum to resolve the issue. Maybe there could be some specific & genuine reason for the delay.
