Dear Seniors, I left Wipro on 06/07/2011. I received my experience/relieving letter and was assured that my final settlement would be processed promptly. However, to date, the settlement remains pending. Could you please advise me on how to proceed in obtaining my final settlement?

Just talk and remind them about your settlement, and be in touch with them until you receive the amount. I think this is the best way. Handle the situation with smooth behavior until you get the amount.

Ruth has suggested you rightly. In addition to what she mentioned, I think Wipro has a formal Employee Redressal mechanism in place—apart from the HR. You can also consider approaching that forum to resolve the issue. Maybe there could be some specific and genuine reason for the delay.
