Please help me how to write a proposal letter for canteen, I have no idea about this. My friend company want me to take over there canteen and they ask me to submit a proposal letter.Thanks in advance

Please suggest me some sample formats for the same that how to describe the facilities to the company about our services and other specialities,

Start of by giving a brief introduction about yourself and business activity- e.g. --I run two canteens in big factories serving around 2000 labour etc.
I have so many years of experience in the catering field and my qualifications are-----
I believe in giving hygienic food and clean surroundings at most economic rates.
You must bring out your ability to run a canteen in timely,hygienic and economic manner following all health and safety guidelines specified by local authorities.
You can add or amend as per local conditions.
