Pollutions Control License

Can any one tell me about the pollution control license how i can get the pollution control license and what the procedure to get the license and what validity period of license

Dear friend
First you have to get the application form from your nearest Pollution control board office. The fees will be determined regarding the balancesheet. Hence you have to submit the application along with the balance sheet. If you contact the EE he will guide you further.

The above said Consent is granted by Regional Officer - Maharashtra Regional Officer the said consent is nothing but to declaration that how much pollution your establishment is goining to make. ( It consists of 02 consents - Consent to Establish ( Establishment ) + Consent to Operate ( Establishment )
