Seeking Guidance on Launching a Corporate Social Responsibility Foundation at NTPC

Hi Members,

It is common among PSUs to have a foundation to discharge "corporate social responsibility." In case you have a foundation handling such tasks, could you please send me details of personnel managing such responsibilities in your organization? At NTPC, we have initiated the NTPC Foundation, and we are in the early stages. I require assistance in commencing the foundation's work. I earnestly request all members to kindly help me to the best of your ability.

Good morning,

It is nice to learn that you are based in Noida. I am sending you the Vision, Mission, and Objectives of NTPC Foundation as an attachment to this communication. I hope this will give you a glimpse into our area. We are in an infancy stage, i.e. policy formation, development of systems and procedures, preparation of project reports, etc. NTPC Foundation is a Trust registered under the Indian Trust Act. We have four Trustees, namely, Director (HR), Director (Fin.), Director (Tech.), and CMD of NTPC as Chairman of the Trust. The source of funding will be mainly from NTPC for the time being. I hope this will suffice.
