I need all your help in collecting my Provident Fund settlement. I resigned from a company and submitted the PF settlement application two months ago, but it has not been processed yet. Whenever I inquire with the HR department, they are not responding properly and simply reply stating, "you will get it."

Suggest you ask for the acknowledgment copy of your form submission to the PF Office from your previous employer. Once you have that, you can directly follow up with the Regional PF Office.

1. Try to get your old PF account transferred to your new employer by filing Form-13.

2. If your old employer is not responding to or acknowledging your claim application, then get it signed by any gazetted officer and send it directly to the concerned PF office.
