Swot Analysis - Race 2011 - A Business Initiative Through Employees Engagement

i need swot analysis presentation. actually am working in foreign exchange house. in our company we have 100 branches.. for that we have whole year competion in various sector... like marathon - means business parameter, hurdles - new intiative, sprint - sports, relay - culturals..
all these for improving business as well as boosting employees.
so i have presentation for swot analysis - topic - swot analysis - "Race 2011 - A Business Initiative through employees engagement"

Pavan,
You will have to do the SWOT analysis for YOUR company. We don't know anything about your company so trying to use someone else's SWOT is not going to work for you. You should already know what your strengths and weaknesses are, and if you are on the ball and working hard, you should also have a good handle on what your opportunities and threats are.
Sit down with your team members and identify the various components of the analysis and then put together your presentation.
Trying to find an easy way out is not going to do you or your company any good.

It seems Pavan is looking for the basics in making a SWOT Analysis and a frame is what needed to fit in the stuff. SWOT analysis done by a few are available in cite HR itself - in the "thread".

SWOT analysis will vary from one company to another Even your strength ,weakness and how u work on opportunities may vary from Person to person , then how come u can predict your company strength and weakness by comparing to another company. Even a identical twins cannot have same strength ,weakness you only can predict what SWOT analysis to be done in your company
